Maybe it's the book. The program. The body of work you keep meaning to turn into something real. You know what you want to make. You just haven't made it yet.

That gap between having an idea and finishing the thing is where most capable people get stuck. Not because they lack talent or time or permission. Because they're trying to do it alone, without anyone who can see the whole picture and help them move through it.

That's where I come in.

I work with leaders, consultants and professionals who have something to build and need more than cheerleading to get it done. I bring strategic thinking, creative direction and honest feedback into the same room. If you've worked with people who were supportive but vague, this will feel different. I won’t call you a boss babe or sell you a course about making courses.

Depending on where you are at, we might work on:

• Turning a loose idea into a structure that makes sense

• Getting a stalled project moving again

• Writing, editing or shaping a manuscript, a program or a body of work

• Figuring out the creative direction for something that doesn't quite have a shape yet

• Accountability that's actually useful, not just check-ins

I've done this for books, workshops, events, programs and creative projects across various industries. I've also shipped a lot of my own projects - written my own book, put on solo art shows, organised events, and had many variations of businesses, websites, projects… so I know what the hard work actually feels like from the inside.
