Strategy + Budget + Planning
This work underpins all the marketing activity, and is essential that it is clear, strategic, and gives specifics about what tactics will be implemented, to who, what for, and when. In this phase you'll be honing your message by mapping the customer journey, gaining insights into who your people are, and setting measurable goals. This is strategy development and planning.
Tactic Development
This is the creative work that comes out of the strategy, the delivery methods for your message. Developing branding, photography, copy writing, graphics, copy, video, website, brochures, event plans or interior style, and any other collateral needed to connect and resonate with your customers.
Tactic Implementation
This is the leg work of getting your message in front of the right people. It's the 'doing'... scheduling of social media, emails, coordinating letterbox drops, organising events, scheduling meetings, advertising plans... etc.
